About Friends of Alcott
Friends of Alcott (FOA) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization whose mission is to raise funds to enrich programming at Alcott College Prep. Our fundraising events support, among other things:

Our two major fundraising initiatives during the school year are the Pledge Drive and the Spring Benefit & Auction. In addition, FOA organizes several smaller-scale fundraisers (book fairs, school & gym uniforms, candy sales) & manages many cost-free ways to earn money for our school (Amazon Smiles, Box Tops, and and online spiritwear and gym uniform orders).

FOA meetings are open to everyone and are generally held at 8:00 am on the second Tuesday of each month in the Alcott East Campus cafeteria. We are always in search of new FOA members as well as volunteers for our many initiatives. Please let us know if you would like to join our community and get involved.

- Various room parent programs (including classroom communications & parties)
- Teacher appreciation activities

- Parent/Child Dances
